I was brought in to develop a brand identity that would reflect their local roots while capturing the bold, forward-thinking essence of their work.
At its core, Ampersand is about embracing complexity, pursuing possibility, and connecting the dots between people, technology, and transformation. Their name reflects their core belief: true innovation begins with the power of “and.”
The branding strikes a balance between polished professionalism and dynamic energy. The visual identity reflects their collaborative ethos and drive to turn broken systems into breakthroughs. Every detail—from the logomark to the color palette—was designed to express clarity, connection, and ambition.
